Tender to the Touch
Eyeing you was not enough,
Smiles only went so far,
A gentle kiss was bliss,
Then came the blanket
Of night,
It was to hold you ever
So tight,
You give your love so
Sweetly,
You were tender to
The touch,
Dreaming fades to waking,
Ending was never enough.
Leaves one to wonder about the experience of love given and taken. I am moved by this. I met Fred one time with his father whom I love deeply
